GoCRM Appointments lets you set up a meeting, a call, a demo, or any other type of event.




Setting Appointments up is very simple. When you first navigate to the Appointment page, you'll see a calendar, ready to be populated with your schedule. 




Adding an Appointment

When it's time to create a new appointment, you can do that in a number of ways. When you add an appointment from a Contact or a Deal page, the relevant details are already filled out. From the Calendar, you can add one by selecting  +Add Appointment.




Enter the title, location, Start time, duration & description of the event. Then you can associate attendees, both team members and contacts. 


You can also create or edit an an appointment  from the dashboard or on the contact page.

Appointment Reminders


You can also setup an appointment reminder to be alerted prior to the due date and time. Just be sure to have your notifications enabled.
