Your notifications are managed from Profiles > Notifications  (open the Profile menu from the user drop-down menu on the upper right, then select Notifications).

GoCRM gives you two different ways to receive notifications, Mobile or Email.

 The mobile phone number and the email the notifications will go to will be defined in the user profile tab.
