Goals allow you to set objectives for your team. Goals are visible individually for each user on their dashboard.

Create a Goal

To create a goal visit Settings > Goals. Once you're in the page, enter the objective number, the Action Type which can include Deals Won, Check-Ins, Outbound Calls, or Leads Added, then select the Time Frame and click Add.

You can view your teams performance on the goals in Reports > Goals
